Version 1.0 — Effective: 2 November 2026
This agreement sets out the terms of use of the Gastte artificial intelligence–assisted news publishing platform. When you sign up for the platform, tick the "I accept" box or continue to use the service, you accept that you have read and understood this agreement and are bound by it. If you do not accept it, please do not sign up and do not use the service.
1. Parties and Definitions
1.1 Gastte. In this agreement, "Gastte" or "we" means Fibrika Reklam Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi ("Fibrika"), established at Yaka Mah. Aziz Mahmut Hüdai Cad. No:185/102 Meram / Konya, with tax identification number 3871197481 at Mevlana Tax Office and MERSİS number 0387119748100001. Gastte is a sub-brand under which Fibrika carries out its registered commercial activity; the party to the agreement and the legal entity issuing the invoices is Fibrika. Telephone: 0332 302 85 75. Email: destek@gastte.com.
1.2 Customer. "Customer" or "you" means the natural or legal person who opens an account. A person registering on behalf of a legal entity declares that they are authorised to represent and bind that legal entity.
1.3 Service. The management panel, publishing infrastructure (reader site), artificial intelligence news desk, cover image, podcast and social media production tools, domain name connection, newsletter, backup and all related software, API and support services provided via gastte.com and its subdomains.
1.4 Publication. The news website created by the Customer on the Service and operated under its own name and brand, together with its connected channels (newsletter, podcast, social accounts).
1.5 Customer Content. All text, images, audio, video, source links, settings and data uploaded or entered into the Service, or generated or published through the Service, by the Customer or the users it authorises, including outputs generated by artificial intelligence.
1.6 Artificial Intelligence Provider. Third-party artificial intelligence model providers connected to the Service by the Customer (e.g. OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, DeepSeek). The list is kept up to date in the panel.
1.7 Annexes. The Acceptable Use Policy, the KVKK Privacy Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Agreement, the Cookie Policy, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Terms form an integral part of this agreement. In the event of a conflict, this agreement prevails, except that the Data Processing Agreement prevails on data protection matters.
2. Definition and Scope of the Service
2.1 Gastte provides the Customer with a software service (SaaS) to set up and operate its own news publication. Gastte is not a news agency, publisher or content producer; the responsible editor-in-chief, concession holder and owner of the publication named in the Publication's masthead (künye) is the Customer.
2.2 The scope of the Service is determined by the selected plan. Plan contents, number of users, number of sites, storage space, source refresh frequency, artificial intelligence generation quotas and other limits are set out on the pricing page and in the panel. If a limit is exceeded, the Service may refuse the relevant operation or you may be asked to purchase an add-on package; existing content is not deleted.
2.3 Gastte reserves the right to develop the Service, add or change features, or remove them for security or regulatory reasons. Changes that remove the core function of a paid plan are announced at least 30 days in advance by email or panel notification. If you terminate the agreement within this period, the fee for the unused period is refunded.
2.4 Gastte does not guarantee that previously offered features will be retained unchanged; features marked as experimental ("beta") may be changed or removed without notice.
2.5 Support is provided through in-panel support requests and destek@gastte.com, on business days between 09:00 and 18:00. Support is limited to the use of the Service and the resolution of technical errors. Content editing, legal advice, SEO consultancy and custom development are not within the scope of support.
3. Account and Registration
3.1 To open an account you must be at least 18 years old or represent a legal entity. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at registration is accurate, current and complete. Inaccurate or incomplete information is grounds for suspension of the account where an invoice cannot be issued.
3.2 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (password, two-factor authentication, API keys, invitation links) confidential. Every action performed through your account is deemed to have been performed by you. You must report any suspicion of unauthorised use to destek@gastte.com immediately.
3.3 You are responsible for the actions of the team members (editor, author, reporter, etc.) you add to your account. You are obliged to inform your team members of this agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy.
3.4 When registering, you choose a username ("slug") and subdomain. Names that infringe trademarks, institution names or third-party rights, or that are misleading or offensive, may be rejected or changed later. No ownership right arises in the subdomain.
3.5 An account may be transferred only with Gastte's written approval and through the ownership transfer flow in the panel.
3.6 Inactive accounts. Accounts whose free trial has ended without payment, and accounts whose paid period has ended and which have not been signed in to at all for 12 months, are placed in the closure process under Article 15 of this agreement.
4. Free Trial
4.1 New Customers are granted a 14-day free trial. Card details are not requested during the trial and no automatic charges are made.
4.2 Each person, email address, organisation and tax number is entitled to a single trial for life. Multiplying the trial right with multiple accounts is prohibited; such accounts may be closed without notice.
4.3 During the trial you can connect your own key for artificial intelligence generation or use Gastte's trial pool with a daily quota. The pool quota is limited, closes when a plan is selected, and during the paid period only your own key is valid (see Article 8).
4.4 If the trial ends and no paid plan has been selected: your Publication remains online for another 7 days and the panel becomes read-only (new content, artificial intelligence generation and uploads are disabled; you can export your data and select a plan). 30 days after the end of the trial, the account enters the closure process (Article 15); your data is not deleted for at least 30 days from the end of the trial and can be exported. Once the closure process is completed, the data is deleted according to the schedule in Article 15.4.
4.5 The trial is provided so that you can examine the Service and the quality of the artificial intelligence outputs. By purchasing a plan, you accept that you have sufficiently examined the Service and found it suitable for your needs.
5. Plans, Fees and Invoicing
5.1 Fees are shown on the pricing page in Turkish lira and excluding VAT; the applicable VAT is added to the invoice. The tax rate in force on the date the invoice is issued applies.
5.2 The subscription fee is collected in advance at the start of the period, for a monthly or annual period. For annual plans, the discount stated on the pricing page applies.
5.3 Invoices are issued as e-Archive invoices and sent to your registered email address and to the panel. You are responsible for the accuracy of your billing details (title, tax office, VKN/TCKN, address); the costs of correcting an invoice issued with incorrect information are borne by you.
5.4 A plan upgrade takes effect immediately and the difference is invoiced for the remaining period. A plan downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period; content falling outside the quota as a result of the downgrade is not deleted, but becomes read-only or is archived.
5.5 Add-on packages such as additional sites, additional users and additional storage are invoiced together with the period of the main subscription and are not refunded.
5.6 Price changes. Gastte may change plan prices and contents. Price increases applicable to existing Customers are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The increase applies from the first renewal period after the notice; the current period already paid in advance is not affected. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before the end of the period; if the subscription renews, the new price is deemed accepted.
5.7 Campaigns, discounts and referral discounts are limited to the conditions stated in their announcement; Gastte may end campaigns with effect for the future.
6. Payment Methods
6.1 Card. Card payments are taken with 3D Secure on the infrastructure of PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., a payment institution licensed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye. Your card details never reach Gastte's servers and are not stored. Your card is saved for renewals using PayTR's secure storage (tokenisation) service; you can remove it from the panel at any time.
6.2 Bank transfer/EFT. For payment by bank transfer, an invoice is issued and the payment must reach Fibrika's account by the due date (7 days from the invoice date), with the customer number stated in the invoice description as the reference. Activation of the Service depends on the payment being credited to the account. Bank charges are borne by the payer.
6.3 PayTR's own terms of use and privacy policy also apply to payment transactions. Gastte is not responsible for transactions rejected or cancelled by PayTR.
7. Late Payment, Read-Only Mode, Suspension and Termination
7.1 On the day the invoice falls due ("day 0"), your account is placed in payment overdue status and a reminder is sent by email. Your Publication and panel continue to operate.
7.2 On day 7 from the due date, the panel becomes read-only: new content, artificial intelligence generation, uploads and scheduled jobs stop; the Publication remains available to readers; the payment and export screens continue to work.
7.3 On day 30, the account is suspended: the Publication displays a "temporarily not available" page, only the payment and support screens remain in the panel, and background jobs stop.
7.4 On day 60, the agreement is deemed terminated by Gastte and the account enters the closure process (Article 15). Open invoices remain collectable; no fee is charged for the suspension period, but debt relating to the period before suspension is not cancelled.
7.5 If the entire debt is paid at any stage of this schedule, the account returns to active status in a single step without any further action. Our right to claim statutory interest for accumulated delays is reserved.
7.6 Gastte may postpone the late-payment steps in the Customer's favour; this does not create a right and does not set a precedent for future delays.
8. Artificial Intelligence: Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) and Editorial Responsibility
8.1 Your own key. The artificial intelligence features of the Service work with an account opened by the Customer in its own name with the Artificial Intelligence Provider of its choice and with the API key belonging to that account ("BYOK — Bring Your Own Key"). The contractual relationship with the provider, compliance with its terms of use, billing and the cost of artificial intelligence usage are entirely the Customer's responsibility. Gastte does not control, and is not responsible for, the Provider's prices, quotas, model changes, service interruptions or closure of your account.
8.2 Your key is stored encrypted in the panel and is used only for generations you trigger or schedule. You are advised to set a spending limit on the Provider side against misuse of the key; Gastte cannot be held responsible for unexpected amounts on the Provider's invoice.
8.3 Trial pool. The quota-limited pool that runs on Gastte's key during the trial period may be narrowed or closed by Gastte at any time; Articles 8.4–8.7 also apply to content generated through the pool.
8.4 Editorial responsibility. Artificial intelligence is an auxiliary tool; it can make mistakes and can produce outputs that are untrue, incomplete, outdated, biased or that infringe third-party rights. The decision to publish, and the consequences of publishing, any content generated or edited with artificial intelligence rest solely with the Customer. Before publishing, the Customer is obliged to verify the content, check its sources, make the necessary corrections and ensure compliance with Press Law No. 5187 and general rules of law.
8.5 The Customer is solely responsible for all Customer Content, including artificial intelligence outputs, with respect to accuracy, copyright and intellectual property rights, personality rights, privacy, trademark rights, obligations under Law No. 5651 and Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the right of reply and correction, rectification (tekzip) and publication bans. Gastte does not review Customer Content in advance and is under no obligation to do so.
8.6 The Customer agrees not to remove the transparency labels required by legislation or platform rules for content generated by artificial intelligence (e.g. a "prepared with artificial intelligence assistance" badge), or to provide an equivalent notice.
8.7 Data sent to the Artificial Intelligence Provider (source news texts, instructions, images) is subject to the Provider's own contractual and privacy terms. The Customer declares that it is authorised to send this data to the Provider and that, if it contains personal data of readers or third parties, it has provided the necessary legal basis.
9. Source News, Copyright and Agency Subscriptions
9.1 The Service offers the ability to collect, rewrite, summarise and compile RSS sources, news agency feeds, public statements and other sources specified by the Customer. The Customer decides which sources to add, whether the content of a source may be used and the limits of such use; use of source content in compliance with copyright, licence and attribution requirements is the Customer's responsibility.
9.2 The Customer agrees not to copy other publishers' news without permission and attribution, not to exceed the quotation limits under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works (FSEK), and not to use agency photographs and videos without a licence. Gastte's "rewrite" tool does not eliminate copyright infringement; the news fact is free, not the original expression of the work.
9.3 Agency and BİK relationship. Subscriptions to Anadolu Agency, İHA, DHA, ANKA and similar news agencies, and membership and announcement processes with the Press Advertising Agency (Basın İlan Kurumu, BİK), are separate agreements made by the Customer in its own name. Gastte merely provides a technical interface through which the Customer connects the feed to the panel by entering its own agency credentials; the contractual relationship with the agency, fees, usage rules, sanctions for violations and compliance with BİK legislation are the Customer's responsibility. Gastte is not responsible for changes to or outages of agency APIs.
9.4 Obligations such as the masthead, declaration, retention of publication content (for at least 2 years) and BİK official announcement requirements provided for by Press Law No. 5187 (as amended by Law No. 7418 to cover internet news sites) are the Customer's responsibility. Gastte may provide tools to assist in fulfilling these obligations but does not guarantee that they are fulfilled.
10. Social Networks and Third-Party Platforms
10.1 The Service offers the ability to connect to Telegram, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google (Search Console, Analytics, News) and similar platforms. These connections are established with the Customer's own accounts and are subject to the platforms' own terms of use.
10.2 Platforms restricting or charging for their APIs, suspending your account or removing your posts are outside Gastte's control; Gastte is not responsible for damages arising for these reasons and may disable the relevant feature without notice.
10.3 When you turn on the automatic sharing and automatic news generation (Autopilot) features, every piece of content published is deemed approved by the Customer. Determining the Autopilot level and approval rules is the Customer's responsibility.
11. Acceptable Use and Content Removal
11.1 When using the Service you must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. The Policy is part of this agreement.
11.2 Hosting provider status. Under Law No. 5651, the Customer is the "content provider" and Gastte is the "hosting provider" for the Customer's Publication. When Gastte becomes aware of unlawful content (court order, administrative decision, reasonably substantiated notice from a right holder), it has the right and the obligation to remove the content, block access to it or suspend the Publication. Where possible, the Customer is first given a period of time; content not removed within that period is blocked by Gastte. In emergencies, notification is made afterwards.
11.3 To comply with lawful requests from competent authorities, Gastte retains traffic data and identity information for the period required by legislation and shares it upon request.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 The platform is ours. The software, source code, database structure, interfaces, themes, block library, artificial intelligence prompt templates, documentation, brands and logos of the Service, and all updates thereto, belong to Fibrika or are used under licence. You are granted only a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right of use for the duration of the subscription. Reverse engineering, copying, creating derivative products, attempting to obtain the source code and use for the purpose of developing a competing service are prohibited.
12.2 The content is yours. Rights in Customer Content belong to the Customer (or to the right holders from whom it has obtained a licence). Gastte reproduces, stores and transmits Customer Content only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, make backups, ensure security and fulfil legal obligations. You grant Gastte a royalty-free, worldwide licence limited to these purposes.
12.3 Rights in outputs generated by artificial intelligence are left to the Customer within the framework of the applicable legislation and the terms of the Artificial Intelligence Provider; Gastte claims no rights in these outputs and gives no warranty that these outputs qualify as works or are free from third-party rights.
12.4 Reference. Unless you object in writing, Gastte may use your Publication's name and logo for reference purposes, such as in a "Published with Gastte" list. In the Trial and Starter plans, a "Published with Gastte" link appears in the Publication's footer; in higher plans it can be turned off from the panel.
12.5 Gastte may use the suggestions and feedback you submit regarding the Service without any obligation.
13. Service Level, Maintenance and Force Majeure
13.1 Reasonable efforts. Gastte uses reasonable efforts to keep the Service available 24/7; however, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or to have a particular speed. Availability statements in marketing materials are targets, not contractual commitments.
13.2 Planned maintenance. Maintenance and updates are carried out, as far as possible, during low-traffic hours, and planned outages expected to exceed 1 hour are announced in the panel at least 24 hours in advance. Planned maintenance does not exceed a total of 72 hours per year.
13.3 Exemptions. Interruptions and disruptions resulting from the following are not deemed defects of the Service and do not give rise to a refund or a right of termination: (a) outages of or changes to third-party APIs and services such as Artificial Intelligence Providers, social networks, news agencies, the payment institution, domain name registrars, DNS and SSL providers; (b) errors in the Customer's own key, domain name settings or content; (c) internet backbone and access provider failures; (d) DDoS and other cyber attacks; (e) force majeure; (f) restrictions applied due to the Customer's quota or policy violations; (g) emergency security patches.
13.4 Force majeure. Natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, prolonged power or internet outages, decisions of public authorities, changes in legislation, data centre disasters and similar events beyond the reasonable control of the parties constitute force majeure. Obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure. If the force majeure exceeds 60 days, either party may terminate the agreement by notice; the unused fee for the period paid in advance is refunded, and no other compensation may be claimed.
13.5 Backups. Gastte backs up Customer data regularly and retains backups for a maximum of 30 days. Backups are intended for disaster recovery; restoration of an individual content item is not guaranteed. The Customer is obliged to export its critical data regularly from the panel.
14. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
14.1 Cap. The total of all liability of Gastte (Fibrika) arising from this agreement or the Service, on whatever legal basis, may not exceed the total fees actually paid by the Customer to Gastte in the last 3 months before the event giving rise to the damage. During the free trial period, this cap is zero.
14.2 Indirect damages. Gastte is not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of advertising or BİK announcement revenue, loss of readers and reputation, loss of data, business interruption, cost of substitute services, third-party claims and other indirect, incidental or punitive damages.
14.3 Excluded matters. In particular, Gastte is not responsible for: the accuracy and lawfulness of Customer Content and artificial intelligence outputs; Artificial Intelligence Provider costs; decisions of third-party platforms; the Customer's domain name and DNS management; the actions of the Customer's team members; data loss due to the Customer's failure to make backups; search engine rankings, traffic and revenue expectations.
14.4 Scope of the limitation. These limitations do not apply to cases of liability that cannot be limited by law (wilful misconduct and gross negligence). If the Customer is a consumer, the mandatory provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection are reserved.
14.5 Indemnity (recourse). The Customer agrees to cover third-party claims, administrative fines, court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees directed at Gastte arising from Customer Content, the publication of artificial intelligence outputs, infringements of copyright and personality rights, breaches of source and agency agreements, processing contrary to personal data legislation, content provider obligations under Law No. 5651 and breach of this agreement, and to hold Gastte harmless from all damages. Gastte notifies the Customer of any claim directed at it and cooperates reasonably in the defence.
14.6 Evidence. For merchant Customers, Gastte's server logs, database records, API call records and email sending records constitute conclusive evidence within the meaning of Art. 193 of Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100 (HMK). For consumer Customers, these records are discretionary evidence.
15. Data Portability, Account Closure and Deletion
15.1 Export. During the subscription and the closure process, the Customer can export its Publication's content (news, images, categories, subscribers, settings) from the panel in machine-readable formats (JSON, CSV, WordPress-compatible XML and a media archive). Export files remain downloadable for 72 hours; thereafter they must be regenerated.
15.2 Closure by the Customer. The Customer may close its account from the panel at any time. A closure request starts a 30-day closure window: the Publication goes offline, and only the invoice, export and "cancel closure" screens remain available in the panel. If the closure is cancelled during this period, the account returns to its previous state. Refunds for the period paid in advance are made in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Terms.
15.3 Closure by Gastte. The 30-day window also applies to closures initiated by Gastte under Article 7 (payment), Article 16 (suspension and termination) and Article 3.6 (inactive accounts); in cases of serious violations (Article 16.2) the window may be shortened, but the right to export is preserved.
15.4 Deletion. When the closure window ends, the account is placed in closed status and the Publication's address returns a "permanently removed" (HTTP 410) response or is redirected to an address notified by the Customer. 30 days after closure, the Customer data, database, media files and domain name records are irreversibly deleted. Backup copies expire automatically within the backup retention period (at most 30 days). Invoice, payment and agreement acceptance records, and records whose retention is required by legislation, are retained in anonymised form or with restricted access for their statutory periods.
15.5 Deleted data cannot be recovered. If Gastte's pre-deletion backup has not yet expired, recovery may be attempted for a fee, but it is not guaranteed.
16. Suspension and Termination
16.1 Suspension rights. Gastte may temporarily suspend the Service or certain features without prior notice in the following cases: (a) breach of the Acceptable Use Policy or this agreement; (b) a decision of a court, public prosecutor or administrative authority; (c) a situation threatening the security of the Service, other Customers or third parties (attack, malware, compromised account); (d) resource consumption reaching a level that would harm the shared infrastructure; (e) late payment (Article 7); (f) reasonable suspicion that the account information is false; (g) a publication that clearly damages Gastte's reputation. The reason for suspension is notified to the Customer; fees continue to accrue during the suspension and no refund is made.
16.2 Termination for just cause. Gastte may terminate the agreement immediately by notice in the following cases: serious or repeated policy violations; illegal content; a violation not remedied within 14 days; bankruptcy or liquidation; the Customer exposing Gastte to the risk of legal or administrative sanctions. In the event of termination for just cause, the fee paid in advance is not refunded and Gastte's right to compensation is reserved.
16.3 Termination by the Customer. The Customer may cancel its subscription at any time with effect from the end of the period. If Gastte seriously breaches this agreement and fails to remedy the breach despite a 14-day written notice, the Customer may terminate the agreement immediately and receive a refund of the fee for the unused period.
16.4 Ordinary termination. If Gastte decides to discontinue the Service entirely, it will give at least 90 days' notice and refund the fee for the unused period.
16.5 Termination does not affect the provisions on limitation of liability, indemnity, intellectual property, confidentiality, evidence and dispute resolution.
17. Subcontractors and Infrastructure Providers
17.1 Gastte uses third-party infrastructure and subcontractors to provide the Service. The main categories are: server hosting and data centre, object storage and CDN, domain name and DNS, SSL certificates, email sending infrastructure (SMTP), payment institution (PayTR), e-invoice integrator, error monitoring and performance measurement, and the Artificial Intelligence Providers selected by the Customer. The current list is published in the annex to the Data Processing Agreement and in the panel.
17.2 Gastte may change its subcontractors; changes of subcontractors that process personal data are subject to the notification rule in the Data Processing Agreement.
17.3 Gastte may assign its rights and obligations under this agreement to Fibrika's group companies or, in the event of a transfer of business, to the acquiring entity, by notice to the Customer. The Customer may not assign without Gastte's written approval.
18. Confidentiality
18.1 The parties shall keep confidential any non-public commercial, technical and financial information they learn under this agreement, use it only for the performance of the agreement and not share it with third parties. This obligation continues for 3 years after the end of the agreement.
18.2 Disclosures made as required by law or by a decision of a court or administrative authority do not constitute a breach; where possible, the other party is informed in advance.
19. Changes to the Agreement
19.1 Gastte may change this agreement and its annexes. Changes are published at gastte.com with a new version number and effective date; material changes that adversely affect the Customer are announced by email or panel notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
19.2 Continuing to use the Service after the new version takes effect, or ticking the "I accept" option in the panel, means that you accept the change. If you do not accept it, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date; in that case the fee for the unused period is refunded.
19.3 Changes made as required by legislation or in the Customer's favour may take effect without being subject to the notice period.
20. Service of Notices and Notifications
20.1 Notices between the parties are given by email. The registered account email is the valid address for service for the Customer, and destek@gastte.com for Gastte. You are responsible for keeping your email address up to date; a notice sent to the old address is deemed valid.
20.2 For notices of termination, default and formal notice, Gastte may also use a notary, registered letter, telegram or registered electronic mail (KEP) with respect to merchant Customers within the scope of Art. 18/3 of Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 (TTK).
20.3 Announcements published in the panel are deemed to have reached you on the date you sign in to the panel.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
21.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
21.2 The parties agree that the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Konya have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement. For commercial disputes, mediation before litigation is mandatory pursuant to Art. 5/A of Law No. 6102.
21.3 If the Customer is a consumer within the scope of Law No. 6502, the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Consumer Courts at the consumer's place of residence and the mandatory provisions of consumer law are reserved.
22. General Provisions
22.1 Severability. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the other provisions is not affected; the invalid provision is deemed replaced by the valid provision closest to its purpose.
22.2 No waiver. A party's failure to exercise any right does not mean that it waives that right.
22.3 Independent parties. No partnership, agency or employment relationship is established between the parties.
22.4 Entire agreement. This agreement and its annexes constitute the entire agreement of the parties regarding its subject matter and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
22.5 Acceptance record. The date on which you accepted the agreement, the version, the hash value of the text (SHA-256), your IP address and your browser information are recorded and used as evidence in the event of a dispute.
22.6 Language. The language of the agreement is Turkish. If it has been translated into other languages, the Turkish text prevails.
